The second wave of corona infections across the country is slowly coming under control. The incidence of corona infection is slightly higher today than yesterday. Curfew controls implemented gradually reduce corona exposure and gradually return to default.
Corona infections have been confirmed in 43,654 people across India in the last 24 hours. The total impact has risen to 3,14,84,605. A total of 640 people died yesterday, including 254 in Maharashtra, 156 in Kerala, and 60 in Odisha. This brought the total death toll to 4,22,022.
According to a report released by the Federal Ministry of Health, the total number of people who have recovered from corona infection so far is 3,06,63,147. In a single day yesterday, 41,678 people recovered from the corona infection.
The number of people being treated for corona at various hospitals across the country has risen from 3.98 lakh to 3,99,436 at present. A total of 40,02,358 doses of vaccines have been given to people across the country in the last 24 hours as of 7 am today. The number of vaccines so far has risen to 44.61 crores.
Although the second wave of the corona is gradually declining, medical experts say there is a risk of a third wave if people do not follow the rules of corona prevention properly.
