With the second wave of corona infection in India at rest, the daily incidence has been on the rise for the past one or two days. Across the country, 25,072 people have been confirmed infected with a corona in the last 24 hours. This brings the total number of corona vulnerabilities to 3,24,49,306.
The corona infection killed 389 people in a single day, bringing the total number of corona infections across the country to 4,34,756.
The total number of people who have recovered from corona infection so far is 3,16,80,626, according to a report released by the Federal Ministry of Health. In the last 24 hours, 37,169 people have been discharged from corona exposure.
In India, 3,33,924 people are being treated in hospitals for corona infection. So far 58,25,49,595 vaccines have been administered, compared to 7,95,543 in the last 24 hours.
Although the second wave of the corona is gradually declining, medical experts say there is a risk of a third wave if people do not follow the rules of corona prevention properly.
