Corona’s 2nd wave propagation in India has been significantly reduced. But while corona exposure has been declining over the past few days, it is 14 percent higher today than it was yesterday.
Nationwide, 43,263 people have been diagnosed with corona infection in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of corona infections to 3,31,39,981.
The corona infection killed 338 people in a single day. Thus the total number of deaths due to corona infection across the country is 4,41,749.
According to the Federal Ministry of Health, the total number of people who have recovered from corona infection so far is 3,23,04,618. In the last 24 hours, 40,567 people have been discharged from corona infection.
In India, 3,93,614 people are being treated in hospitals for corona infection. So far 71,65,97,428 people in India have been vaccinated against corona.
Although the second wave of the corona is gradually declining, medical experts say there is a risk of a third wave if people do not follow the rules of corona prevention properly.
