The Election Commission of India (ECI) has introduced the ‘Garuda App’ for digital mapping of all polling stations using its longitude and latitude.
Main Objective:
*Complete election tasks quickly, intelligently, transparently, on time, and minimize paperwork.
*Booth level officers (BLOs) (using their registered mobile numbers) with longitude and latitude photos and location information of the polling booths will be uploaded on the processor.
