With the second wave of corona infections in India coming to a halt, the incidence of the corona has started increasing again in the last few days. The corona infection was reported at 46,164 yesterday and 37,593 yesterday. This is the second consecutive day that more than 40,000 corona infections have been confirmed and caused great shock.
Across the country, 44,658 people have been diagnosed with corona infection in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of corona infections to 3,26,03,188.
The corona infection killed 496 people in a single day. Thus the total number of deaths due to corona infection across the country is 4,36,861.
According to the Federal Ministry of Health, the total number of people who have recovered from corona infection so far is 3,18,21,428. In the last 24 hours, 32,988 people have been discharged from corona infection.
In India, 3,44,899 people are being treated in hospitals for corona infection. The number of vaccine doses so far across the country has risen to 61 crores 22 lakh.
Although the second wave of the corona is gradually declining, medical experts say there is a risk of a third wave if people do not follow the rules of corona prevention properly.
