Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched the ‘Customized Crash Course Program for COVID-19 Leading Workers’. The training program will be conducted at 111 training centers in 26 states.
*It has been reported that about 1 lakh youth will be trained under this training scheme in the next 2-3 months.
*The project has been designed as a special project under the central equipment of the Ministry of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) Prime Minister Pradhan mantri kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0 (PMKVY 3.0).
*The objective of the program is to develop skilled non-medical health workers to meet the current and future needs of human resources in the health sector through this program.
Features:
1.The program consists of 6 courses and is designed by the best experts in India. It has been developed at the request of the States and UTs.
2.COVID-19 players will be trained in 6 customized job roles such as home care support, emergency care support, sample collection support, basic maintenance support, advanced maintenance support and medical equipment support.
3.This training program includes the development of new skills and COVID-19 players who are already trained in this type of work.
4.It is said that this campaign will give new energy to the leading force of the health sector and provide jobs to the youth.
