- HSBC SmartServe is a digitally accounted on-boarding and life cycle management solution
- It provides customers with a fully automated on-boarding solution with an interface where they can receive confirmations and alerts and, in addition, submit data and documents directly and securely.
- HSBC Intelligence is a solution to help corporate customers digitally lend documents
- It also provides e-stamp duty feature and e-signature solutions based on Aadhaar e-verification and DSC signature as per legal provisions in India.
