Article – 44
Secure for all citizens a uniform civil code (Marriage, Religion…etc..,) throughout the country.
Article – 45
- Provide early education care and education for all children until they complete the age of six years.

Organize agriculture and animal husbandry on modern and scientific lines. Green revolution and White revolution are the example for this article.

To protect and improve the environment and to safeguard the forests and wildlife of the country.

Protect monuments, places and objects of artistic or historic interest which are declared to be of national importance

Separate the judiciary from the executive in the public services of the state.
