NABARD had initiated an awareness program for the newly proposed Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) correlated with District Administration in Anantnag.
The main objective of this program is to improve sustainability and to boost the impartial success of farmers through beneficial services and other initiatives. A large number of farmers involved themselves in different agricultural activities also NRLM self-help groups participated in the program as the District Development Manager (DDM) has announced the farmers that the central government has inaugurated a scheme in providing financial assistance and training to the farmers.
