SARS-CoV-2 NGS-BRICS Consortium to study COVID19 on TB patients..

It is an intermediate collaboration to improve COVID-19 health-related knowledge to improve health outcomes. This will accelerate the translation of genomic data to facilitate interventions in clinical and public health research and clinical and monitoring models.

*This research will be done with advanced genomic technologies, epidemiology, and bioinformatics tools.

Consortium Team:

The Indian team consists of members from Biomedical Genomics-NIBMG (Professor Arindam Maitra, Professor Saumitra Das, Dr. Nithan K. Biswas), DNA Fingerprinting and Detection Center-CDFD (Dr. Ashwin Dalal), and Indian Institute of Science-IISc (Dr. Mohit). Q Jolly).
