Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman unveiled the CCI Journal on Competitive Law and Policy at a virtual event organized to commemorate the 12th founding anniversary of the Competition Commission of India (CCI).The CCI Competition Act, 2002 was established on 20 May 2009.
She has also published CCI’s Competitive Lawyer books, which have been translated into Bengali, Marathi and Tamil.
1.Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Anurag Singh Thakur was the guest of honor at the event.
2.Rajesh Verma, Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ashok Kumar Gupta, Chairman, CCI and S. Ghosh Dastidar, CCI Secretary were present at the virtual event.
The event featured a workshop on competition law.
